@VerizonSupport It'south a well known upshot in Syracuse, IN. I moved from AT&T to Verizon a year ago and and then plant it out. We've been told until new towers go up it won't improve.

@VerizonSupport I've done all that and went through tech support. It was an obnoxious few weeks for certain. I knew the process, for the fact that i just left the retail management side of Verizon. Only give thanks you. My bug were from 2019 btw.

@VerizonSupport Literally the solar day I upgraded my phone to 5g. It never worked right. Service completely cuts out all the time. If I have 4g I may too not take any service cuz it doesn't piece of work. And as you lot can meet information technology doesn't always work fifty-fifty with 5g. I have an s21 ultra. I don't accept a cheap 📱

@VerizonSupport Multiple devices, at the aforementioned location… Have toggled airplane mode on and off, moved to notice a spot with a clearer betoken from the nearest belfry. Been troubleshooting connexion bug for years. I believe I am connecting to the nearest tower to that intersection to the west.
